2020-08-09 The Governing Board has approved the following proposed amendments to Section 9 of the CMB-S4 Bylaws, regarding the publication and speakers policies. In the marked up draft revision below, proposed additions from March 2020 are in red font, and deletions in red strikethrough font. Proposed further revisions in June 2020, following feedback from the March 2020 Collaboration Meeting, are in cyan font, and deletions in cyan strikethrough font.
Per the bylaws, this amendment is classified as 'major' and must be ratified by the Voting Members of the Collaboration.
