Phi reconstruction on 02.00 sims II

July 6, Anton Baleato and Clem Pryke

Anton now has curved sky phi reconstruction running on the masked T maps (no noise or foreground). The top panel in the plot below is the T map, the bottom panel the mask, and the middle panel the reconstructed phi. As expected the reconstructed phi "bleeds" a bit outside the observed region.

The below is a plot from Anton showing the reconstructed phi map (this time with binary mask imposed) versus the true phi map. We see that the reconstruction is clearly working quite well.

Anton is currently having some problems with taking spectra but it looks like these are just technical.
