Charge
- Organizers to consult with relevant L2s and SEs
- Present progress towards readout technology recommendation, or decision, or status thereof
- Present progress towards optical coupling technology decision, or status thereof
- Present prototype design, and fabrication and testing plan (S4 wafers tested by end of 2020)
- Summarize/update technical risks, R&D / simulation needs to retire those risks
- Define interfaces between Detectors, Readout, and Modules. (Who provides non-detector coupling wafers? Who bonds? How are fab resources allocated between squids and detectors? Etc etc)
- Plan schedule of design reviews for these subsystems needed before CD1
